Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process intended to support greater awareness, personal responsibility, and purposeful action. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results.

No particular personal, professional, financial, or vocational result is promised or guaranteed.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical treatment, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, recruitment, or career placement. It is not a substitute for support from an appropriately qualified professional.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental-health crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your location. Do not rely on this website, email, or a coaching appointment for urgent help.

Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. A discovery conversation helps both parties assess fit, but does not create a coaching relationship. Coaching begins only when the applicable booking or agreement is confirmed and any required payment is received.

I may decline or end an engagement when coaching is not appropriate, falls outside my competence, presents a conflict, or the working relationship is no longer constructive.

Information shared in coaching is treated as private and handled with care. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm, where you authorise disclosure, or where essential service providers process information to operate the practice.

When an employer sponsors coaching, what may be shared with the sponsor will be agreed in advance. Session content is not shared merely because an employer pays.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. A Clarity Session is confirmed after successful payment and booking. Longer engagements are confirmed through a separate agreement and payment arrangement.

Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and refund terms are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and may be supplemented by a signed coaching agreement.
