Plans change. Here is what to expect.

Payment is due when the session is booked. You may reschedule or cancel without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

A cancellation made at least 48 hours in advance is eligible for a refund to the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees where permitted. You may instead choose to reschedule once.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the start time are normally charged in full. Missed sessions are not refundable.

If you arrive late, the session will normally end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 20 minutes late without contact, the appointment may be treated as missed.

Coaching Partnership and Vocational Alignment payment, pause, cancellation, and refund terms are confirmed in the written coaching agreement before the engagement begins.

Unless that agreement says otherwise, individual sessions within an engagement also require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and missed sessions may count as used.

If I must cancel or reschedule, you may choose a new mutually suitable time. If a prepaid standalone session cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.

Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be considered fairly and individually. Contact me as soon as reasonably possible.
